The general routines of the school are based on the following times.
FOUNDATION STAGE 2, KEYSTAGE 1 AND KEYSTAGE 2
Registration … 8.55 am
School lunchtime is … 12 noon – 1.00 pm
School finishes at … 3.00 pm
FOUNDATION STAGE 1
Foundation Stage 1 AM … 8.45 am to 11.45 am
Foundation Stage 1 lunchtime is … 11.45 am – 12.30 pm
Foundation Stage 1 PM … 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm
A bell rings 4 minutes before school session begins to allow classes to line up on the playground.
It is not advisable for pupils to arrive before 8.45 am* or 12.50 pm. The nursery times have been arranged so as to make it possible for parents to deliver and collect nursery children and children in the main school as well.
Parents are requested to ensure that children arrive at school as near to 8.55 am as possible and leave the premises at the end of the day as soon after 3.00 pm as possible. Pupils who arrive early or late may contact any member of staff in an emergency. On wet days the doors will be opened from 8.45 am to allow children in to the supervised cloakroom areas.
Breakfast Club
Available every school day for all of our pupils from 8.00 am
No admission after 8.30 am into the breakfast club.
No need to reserve a place.
Merit Awards
• Award assemblies are held on Friday mornings
• Parents would be invited in by their child’s class teacher to see their child presented with the certificate
• Assembly starts at 9.10 am and lasts approximately 20 minutes
• Help celebrate their success
